Payment Link Feature Release
Introducing the Online Invoice Payment page! This new feature significantly streamlines the payment process by allowing customers to conveniently pay invoices directly through their browser, eliminating the need to be in contact for payment. This increased convenience ensures more timely and efficient payments.
The customer page now features the "Copy Public Invoice Pay Link" button in the top-right corner, which copies a link to the web invoice pay page. The link can then be attached to any email notifying the customer to pay their existing balance.
Additionally, the invoice printout layout can be configured to display, by default, If enabled, a button that redirects the customer to the online payment page.
The activity button attached to the right of the “Invoice Link” button allows users to view the payment link history, including statuses such as "Link Copied," "Sent," and "Payment Made," to monitor payment status updates.
Online, the invoice pay page displays all invoices with a balance, allowing the customer to select which invoice to pay. Selecting the checkboxes on the left side of each invoice row will select the invoice total to pay. Alternatively, entering a specific amount in the payment field enables a partial payment to be made toward an invoice.
The print icon offers an invoice printout for the customer to see the invoice breakdown.
Once payment is completed, an email will be sent to notify you of the customer’s payment.
Use the new button action to expand and focus on a specific item tab.
New configuration allows disabling the system tip pop-ups on the checkout idle screen for specific users.
New option when creating a new item on a PO to automatically match the item supplier to the supplier on the PO.
Improved checkout to allow items not approved by EBT or wic to be removed after accepting EBT/ WIC payment.
The production page now announces the scanned transaction number and state updates for accurate tracking.
Integrate with Lights America to activate an automatic synchronization of many showroom items and their details, such as brand, price, description, etc.
Integrate with EasyPost to enable shipping courier packaging to be selected and bought through the POS. Furthermore, shipping presets can be created based on the carrier's predefined packaging options, automatically entering the package's size, carrier, and other details when the package type is selected.

Ensure that your system is updated to the latest version by closing and restarting the POS program. A notification pop-up will appear, prompting you to update to the most recent version. This will enable access to and installation of the latest feature updates for your system.
