Self Checkout Part 2

Introducing recent advancements to our self-checkout POS system—designed to further streamline your operations, reduce wait times, and enhance the customer experience. With an intuitive touchscreen interface, seamless integration with the existing pos, and built-in security, this system is perfect for modern retail environments. Whether you're managing a grocery store, boutique, or convenience shop, our self-checkout solution empowers customers to shop and pay with ease, boosting satisfaction while optimizing efficiency.

The self-checkout system has been enhanced with Supervisor configurations, empowering store managers to execute a range of advanced actions both during and after a transaction. Managers can now place a sale on hold to address any customer inquiries or issues, reprint a receipt for a customer who needs a copy, reopen previous checkout drafts for further review or completion, and more.

The Fast Lane Self-Checkout option is designed to streamline the process for large orders. This service allows store personnel to scan, process, and pack customer orders while they are no longer present in the store. This provides a significant service and convenience for customers, improving overall satisfaction.

  • Set the Item Type to Non-Inventory to ignore the inventory and On-Hand calculations.

  • New option to apply a discount when using specified card numbers.

  • New configuration to require a customer to be selected prior to applying coupons.

  • New option on the payment page to view invoice aging, indicating how old each invoice is.

  • Click “Alt+C” at any time to sync changes between the front and backend.

  • Enable the “Show Reference Number Dropdown” configuration to view a dropdown of options in the reference number field.

  • Use the search icon at the top of the frontend checkout screen to search for and highlight an item within the open transaction.

Ensure that your system is updated to the latest version by closing and restarting the POS program. A notification pop-up will appear, prompting you to update to the most recent version. This will enable access to and installation of the latest feature updates for your system.
