Shopify Integration
The Shopify - First Choice Integration provides a powerful solution for seamless synchronization of items, pricing, and inventory between the First Choice system and the Shopify platform. This eliminates the need for duplicate manual entry, saving time and increasing sales and inventory accuracy.

The automated Shopify synchronization process encompasses several key components that ensure the seamless alignment and accuracy of both your retail and online stores.
Inventory Management: tracks stock levels in real time to prevent overselling.
Item Details: Provides and updates essential product information, such as descriptions and specifications.
Price Changes: Automatically synchronizes the local and online product pricing to ensure accuracy.
Item Images: syncs the POS item images to enhance the online shopping experience.

The long item description is specifically designed for online presentation, offering advanced formatting options for fonts and layout.

Item tags can be entered in the POS and included in the general online sync. This eliminates the need to enter item information in multiple locations and enhances the online searchability of items.

New Option! Recent integration advancements now enable custom item fields to be mapped to Shopify metafields.

POS matrix items will be seamlessly synchronized as variant items within Shopify, ensuring a streamlined inventory management process. Shopify has recently increased the varient item limit to exceed 100, making the synchronization even more effecient.


Establish Reward Programs, to encourage repeat customer purchases.
Configure the "Send as Field" in the system email settings to send emails from a specific name.
Advanced button functionality allows for buttons to be disabled based on specified requirements.
Use Per-Character items to charge based on character count, skipping special characters, useful for embroidery or personalization.
Change an existing transaction entry to Return, using the “Replace Entry With Return” button.

Add “Additional Entries” to the invoice/PO page to enable recurring add-on charges, such as delivery fees.
Save custom column widths using the manage columns pop-up and clicking “Save column width.”
Turn on the “Preview” option when printing labels to preview the layout.
