To view different item reports, open the relevant item and navigate to the “Reports” tab in the Items Actions menu.
Item Sales- Detailed
A transaction-level report showing every transaction in which the item was included. The report includes the quantity supplied, transaction number, transaction status, transaction date, and customer details.
Item Sales-Summary
A one-line summary of sales for the specified item(s), including the total quantity supplied, extended sales total, extended total after discounts, and current inventory.
Item Movement History
A report showing the movement history of each item, including the date and quantity of items transferred, sold, or received, along with the locations affected by each movement.
Item Movement Track
A more detailed item movement report, including the amount on hand before and after the Sale/transfer.
PO Item Details
A report listing all purchase orders (POs) on which the item was included. It includes the quantity ordered, quantity supplied, item price, and item cost specific to each purchase order.
